Self-managed · AC Lock devices
Devices fitted to existing equipment: schedule and temperature locks at the device, per-unit cost. The business sets its own policy and runs it.
Auto schedule lock
Set on/off times for each AC. System auto-shuts on schedule — even offline.
Temperature lock
Set standard temp (e.g. 25°C). Staff cannot set lower — blocked at device level.
Electricity cost in VND, real-time
Each AC shows its running cost in VND at EVN rates.
Unauthorized action counter
The system counts override attempts and total waste, e.g. "this month: 47 times · 4.2M VND", with details per action.
Remote control
Switch and adjust units from the phone app or the dashboard.
Full action history
Records who switched or adjusted each unit, and when.

FAQ
What does the cost include?+
One-time: hardware and deployment services. Annual: software, support and maintenance. With Cooling as a Service, a monthly fee. Pricing depends on scale and configuration.
Does it affect the units or the manufacturer's warranty?+
No. Devices install externally — clamp meters at the breaker, controllers that work like a remote — with no structural changes and no effect on the manufacturer's warranty.
Does the system keep working without internet?+
Yes. Schedules and temperature limits are enforced on the device; data syncs to the platform when the connection returns.
Can it integrate with existing systems?+
Yes. BenKon provides a REST API and integrates with the business's POS and ERP software.
How is data stored and secured?+
The system runs on Google Cloud and follows Google's security standards for storage, data in transit and access control. Each account sees only the sites and devices it is permitted to.
