Measure, manage and transparently report electricity savings — with Vietnamese technology.

Schools, hospitals and public agencies have annual electricity-saving targets but rarely the tools to measure and prove them. BenKon switches ACs by timetable, compares buildings and rooms, and catches rooms left running — with data you can report.

Context

  • •Several buildings and zones, hundreds of rooms.
  • •Usage changes with the timetable, the semester and events.
  • •Electricity-saving targets that must be reported transparently.

For: Facilities management · Estates office · Project management units

The problem

  • ✗Classroom ACs left on after lessons end.
  • ✗Many buildings, and no way to tell which building or room is costly.
  • ✗The timetable keeps changing; on/off schedules can't keep up.

Cost & risk

  • !Electricity spent on empty rooms after lessons.
  • !Savings are hard to prove with measured data.
  • !Assets aren't monitored once the investment is made.

Why current approaches fall short

  • –The main meter doesn't split by building or room.
  • –Per-unit timers can't follow the timetable.
  • –Savings reports are usually estimates, not measurements.

What BenKon does

Every issue goes the full loop — it doesn't stop at an alert.

  1. 1

    Detect

Spots rooms where the AC was left on after lessons and rooms running outside the timetable.

  2. 2

    Assign

Alerts go to the right building and the right facilities officer.

  3. 3

    Execute

Automatic on/off by timetable; forgotten rooms switched off remotely.

  4. 4

    Verify

Measured data confirms units are off and building consumption drops on time.

  5. 5

    Resolve

Periodic reports by building and room — usable for electricity-saving reports.

For public procurement

BenKon uses the language of the regulations: electricity saving, energy efficiency, digital transformation, domestic technology products. Every number in a report comes from measured data, with its scope and period.

The capability dossier includes company legal documents, patents, award certificates and a portfolio of projects by sector. Customers can request it from the Contact page.

The website opens the conversation. Procurement requirements such as standards conformity and capability are prepared separately for each tender.

Next step

BenKon discusses the customer's current equipment, operating goals and the right deployment scope.
