Does it affect the units or the manufacturer's warranty?+
No. Devices install externally and non-invasively, don't change the unit's structure and don't affect the manufacturer's warranty.
Does the system keep working without internet?+
Yes. Logic runs on the device, so schedules and temperature limits still apply; data syncs to the platform when the connection returns.
How long does installation take?+
About 1 hour per unit, with no replacement and no disruption to operations.
Can it integrate with existing systems?+
Yes. BenKon provides a REST API and integrates with the business's POS and ERP software.
How do multi-site businesses manage it?+
